Had my oil changed the other day..did a good job.. the lady at the desk was very nice..waiting lobby is losing a step w competitors..most have complementary water coffee.. nothing here.. could ay least put a drink machine in!!.. said it was in back of shop..saw an old man try and go back.. there..nearly fell stepping over tires and tools..crazy.. just put drink machine in.. doesn't cost owner anything!!..I don't know if they have free wifi either..I know Moody's is old school..but sometimes you got to step it up..reputation can only take you so far
